Kings Advance to League Championship

Five diffrent players tallied for the Western Kings in Game 6 of their semi-final showdown with the St. John's Privateers, as they picked up a 5-2 victory and move on to the League Championship Series against the St. John's Maple Leafs.

Jalen Gillard, Iain Pilgrim, George Young, Kyle Robinson and Matthew Parsons scored for Western, while Jack Keough and Kyle Rumsey replied for the Privateers.

Luke House picked up the win, stopping 22 shots. and Joel Abbott gets the loss, with 25 saves.

The Privateers now get set to host teams from Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island, and will be joined by either the Kings or Leafs, in the Atlantic Major Midget Championship, which takes place from March 31-April 2 in CBS.
